Welcome! My name’s Chelsea, and I’m an artist, educator, and outdoor enthusiast living in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula with my adventurous husband, John, and adorably-spoiled critters, Copper, Pepper, and Portia. I love to work with watercolor, gouache, acrylic, and ink, with a natural palette inspired by the changing seasons.

Deeply influenced by the woods and waters of the northern Great Lakes, you can see the colors, textures, and landscapes reflected across my creative projects. Creating an inviting sense of place and comfort through my painterly approach to natural landscapes is one of my highest goals with my art. For me, it is deep sense of place and celebration of home.

I love helping people explore their creativity and connect to nature through art. I’m so grateful for this opportunity to share my work with you, and I invite you to follow along on this beautiful creative journey.
